The receptionist at the front is a B.I.T.C.H... no hello, no welcome just a ghetto stare. She pretty much wanted to throw the clipboard at me. I did get checked in with in 10 mins. Once I got to the back office ti get my cleaning I could hear the the patient next door getting worked on (FYI: NO DOORS/ NO PRIVACY). I tried to get sold some enamel and a night guard b4 seeing the dentist. Once the assistant left I fell asleep for 15 to 20 min. Then got woken up and they went to town on my teeth. The shadiest dental office and will never go back again. My family and I used to go to gentle dental but over the years have seen how bad their front desk and billing department are. From the times I've been there I've had to wait over an hour to be seen. Why schedule someone at a certain time if you aren't going to see them at that specific time? They also tell you the amount you will be paying over the phone but when you get there, they change the amount and add additional cost so you end up paying more at the end. This ha... read more

As a 68 year old senior citizen on a fixed income, I went to Gentle Dental because I had a tooth ache. I was told I needed a dose of Arestin. After I paid $236.00, my tooth pain got worse. I went to a different dentist, and was told I needed a Root Canal, and a Crown. Because I wasted $236.00, I feel I should be reimbursed. This Dental is always trying to upsell you. BE CAREFUL if you come here.

This dental office is the worst dental experience of my life. The man who cleaned my teeth did not even put the suction thing in my mouth to cut down on the water spraying everywhere. I was drenched when he was done. I later met with the Endodontist who recommended destroying 2 crowns and redoing them to do a root canal - very expensive. I asked for her Plan B - and she yelled at me "There is NO Plan B." This office may think they are gentle, but more than that they are insensitive and rude. I never understand what people meant by "SHADY dentist" until I went here. I chose this place purely based on location (close to work for mid day appts). I figured with **healthy teeth**, never having a cavity since about age 10 & past dentists saying I had excellent bone density... it should not matter how great the dentist I chose was. I just needed by biannual teeth cleanings. First visit, I walked in with no pain. Received the most perfunctory cleaning you could ever imagine here - she didn't even bother to dig between my teeth, only polished the surface. AND paid a lot out of my pocket. Never again!

I originally came with my daughter for her treatment which went well. At the time I was 8 months pregnant and obviously enough so that the staff asked how far along I was and made conversation about it. I then got a call saying that they knew I was just there but reminding me that I had an appointment that week. At multiple points was it mentioned that I am both pregnant and coming in for an appointment. Where to even begin. SHADY and rude would be two words that sum up this office in short. They tack on dental work that won't be covered by your insurance and say that you need it. I came in and got an evaluation for work to be done and was told it would be $800. I called my insurance and had them go over the treatments they called the dental office and told them I should only be billed $150......karma is going to come down hard on them.
