Always have a good experience with Gental Dental. Dr. Peterson is my favorite dentist. He's friendly and straight forward and lets you know what's going on and what you need done. He did my bridge about 5 years and it’s still going strong. I always get compliments on how nice my smile is, thanks to you guys!
I’ve only been here twice, maybe three times. Each time I waited 45 min before being taken to the back from my appointment time. Each time I was being upsold for things that were out of insurance coverage. The last two times I brought up concerns for tooth ache and was completely ignored and told to purchase other treatments that had nothing to do with my tooth ache. Ended up switching dentists and am a lot happier and was also told I didn’t need the recommended treatments gentle dental offered.
Do not recommend!!! If the price on a procedure seems too expensive get a second opinion, it saved me over $20,000.00 on 1 procedure. I’ve since been reexamined by another Periodontist and found that the procedure Gentle Dental wanted to do is not needed and my teeth and gums were not in as bad of shape as I was told. Although I am scheduled for LANAP surgery, the cost is a lot less and this procedure will help all my teeth and gums not just a select few teeth.
I have high dental anxiety and the Gental Dental team is outstanding. Joy has an awesome "chairside manner" and alleviated my anxiety. Been a patient for many years now and won't go anywhere else. ~~Amy
