This place is great. I finally have dental coverage through my job, so I just walked in one day. They got me in their system and walked me to a chair pretty quickly. Very friendly staff, high tech equipment, and they didn't try and upsell me stuff I don't need. Just a routine cleaning, very reasonable pricing. Terrific experience all around. Paige and Dr. Peterson are awesome! I found my regular dentist.
Went in due to one side of my face was in some serious pain. The front desk, to the dental assistant were kind and courteous. Then I met Dr. Peterson who displayed 3-C's cool calm n collected and explained and showed me why I was in so much pain, he suggested what needed to be done. First appointment here at Gentle Dental. Front office was very nice. Maribel was very knowledgeable and nice. I was really nervous about this visit. Maribel was excellent and gentle. Dr. Peterson is amazing. He is very personable and took his time to explain what was needed. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.
I want to share my incredible experience at Gentle Dental Rancho. The service I received was excellent in every aspect. Dr.Peterson is extremely patient and attentive, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. This is my 1st time here 06/26/2024. Wow is all I can say. I only wished I found them sooner. Dr. Peterson and Melissa were phenomenal. No UP SELLING. I had full xrays, and was told the total cost of my treatment. Wow and what needs to be done is 80% less of what my other dentist was quoting me.I basically FIRED my other dentist and will NEVER go back.
