I arrived 10 min. prior to opening time (which had been when schedued). Two people already waiting signed in ahead of me. I was still admitted prior to my scheduled time. Regular cleaning was performed courteously & professionally & I waited only a minute or two for paperwork & rescheduling. I have come to expect professional perfection here & have never been disappointed.

I've been to numerous dentists in the valley over the years and this is the first and only one that the dentist came right in once I was in the dental chair. Very minimal wait in the lobby. Dr. Petersen was very gentle and quick. He wasn't hopping from me to other patients. The office staff is very accommodating in getting you in to see a dentist. Overall, I can now stop searching for a dentist...

Everyone very nice, good work, very pleased. Only problem was billing. Was charged and I asked if they included my insurance and was told yes. Paid bill only to find insurance not considered and got a credit back. Hmmmmmm
