The past couple of times, despite showing up on time or a few minutes early, I've had to wait unusually long before seeing our practitioner. I was told that a new assistant will be hired by year's end to help with the patient load. I hope so. 2 hrs from walk in to walk out is too long. We'll see how it goes next month.
I accidentally scheduled my appointment at a different location. Thankfully this location was able to get me in same day without having to drive across town. The receptionist even called the other office to let them know I was at this location instead.

I have been going to this Gentle Dental for a couple of years now and I am always satisfied with my visit and the dental work. Sandy is an excellent dental hygienist and does a great job cleaning teeth with minimal to no discomfort.

nice quite office. Took awhile to get me back,even w/ new patient pack complete before visit. Doctor time was great in and out.very understanding of my needs and my expection. Overall was a good experience.

The staff and the Dr. were very professional and put me at ease about the removal of the crown. Had been very apprehensive because I had heard horror stories about it not coming off without pain. No pain, temporary is doing fine. I have been going here for 11 years and have had excellent care.
Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable too. The Dentist was top notch as well. Very concerned with me and asked if I had any questions numerous times. Good details were given on my treatment options and a breakdown of my cost was explained to me as well. I will be returning here in the future for all my dental needs.
