I love gentle dental. Been going here since maybe 2013. I'm now 18, first time coming here in about 2-3 years. Man has this office changed drastically. Dr Howard is not at this location anymore, which is a bummer so I was so nervous to go to my appt today, but I'm glad I did. Got there about 735am this morning. Stood at the desk for about 7 minutes. They are good. Our expectations are high due to we loved our last dentist. We were with him for 15 years. Gentle Dental is good. I did not experience that much discomfort during the procedure. Both my kids have been here too. Their front desk is fun and friendly. They are a chain dentist. To get the insurance through was a little trying. But, they did get it handled.

I received a deep root cleaning from the hygenist Agatha today and she was wonderful! Agatha made sure I was comfortable, always asking if I was ok and she seemed to really care. Had the other half done a week ago and they look great. Agatha also didn't judge me on the state of my teeth and actually told me good things about them, which was nice. I'm very happy with my dentist Dr Howard, hygienist Mina , the assistants and the staff they are very caring, they explain everything before they start , the work they do is awesome I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

I love Gentle Dental !!!! The staff is Amazing !!!! I love the superb customer service I receive every time I go into the establishment !!! I would like to make a shout out to a few people that have made my few visits feel fabulous !!! Shout out to : Meca, Delany, Dr. Howard, Courtney and the young lady that assisted me with my insurance !!!! You guys ROCK !!! Thank you so much for making me feel valued !!!! I love this office! I am a dental assistant myself and am very picky about the practices I go to. I have seen Dr. Howard at this office and have been impressed by him every time. I left out the fact that I was an assistant the first time I went just to see if they would be honest with me about my treatment plan and he absolutely was. They didn't try to up sell anything or tell me I needed a deep cleaning when I really didn't. Every time I go to Gental Dental the staff is amazing!!! They take care of me and provide all information needed. I love the text, and e-mail system they used to remind you and confirm your appointment. I'm very content with the complete staff service.

Best experience ever with deep cleaning. Agatha hygienist was amazing.Very gentle and at the same time good work. She will be long time my hygienist. I highly recommend this office for everyone.

I absolutely love, love, love this place! The staff is professional and Dr. Holm is amazing :) He always makes my kids feel comfortable, which is not always easy to do with teens lol. He is efficient and explains each step of his procedures and then gives us more than one option, which I appreciate! Thank you Gentle Dental for taking care of my family's needs!
