My Wife, My Father, my Brother and my self have been coming to this dental office for a year now. I normally don't write reviews but with the awful service I received I will now be "that guy" to write a pretty nasty review. I had scheduled my wisdom teeth extraction sept 11th when another Gentle Dental dentistry canceled on me the day prior to extraction. Absolutely the most incompetent, unprofessional "medical" experience I've ever suffered in over 60 years. I would not trust these people to cut my lawn, the combined IQ of the office staff is under 50. Find a private practice dentist, not one of these training centers. Now I've discovered they billed my insurance for visits that I knew nothing about (was out of town actually). So hopefully they are better at fraud than customer service.

If I could get this place a Zero I would. Worst experience ever. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. Also the office staff doesn't understand how to bill insurance. They couldn't get me an estimate when I requested. They kept saying it's not in the computer and they would get back to me. I had to call four times and there were no notes in the file. When I finally got an estimate I had to talk with the manager. My husband went in to ask why the only gave us half of the estimate. Ron was so rud... read more

I am old enough to know when I'm being scammed and this office scammed me into trying to tell me I needed a deep cleaning MONEY MONEY MONEY for the rest of my life once I have one it's funny how I went to another dentist and I did not need a deep cleaning I knew they were trying to scam me out of money because my gums are perfectly healthy I lost every night brush my teeth every night and morning and afternoon and my gums do not bleed. I scheduled appointments for 3 of my kids 6 months ago so they could have their apts during Christmas break and not miss school. Office called on Friday of last week to confirm apts then called Tuesday of this week to say one of their hygienists was going to be out on the day of their apts and had to reschedule two of their apts 2 months out in order to NOT miss school. UPDATE: They did it again folks.... screwed up another appointment for me..... Told me doctor can't come in until 10am when I had a Saturday 8am Scheduled 6 months ago..... Have officially changed dentists.... NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WORRY ABOUT YOUR TEETH.... This dental office screwed up our appointments 3-4 times in the past 2 years.... They schedule appointments and send you notices to confirm you can make it then the day before the appointment they say something either office is closed or you need to reschedule. One star because they don't let me choose zero stars!! Why would you let me schedule and appointment specifically for a cleaning, not once but twice due to a cancellation. On a Wednesday only to let me get there fill out the paperwork, front desk girl asks what I'm having done today...."a cleaning" to which she replies "oh ok great have a seat we will call you back soon" I go in, get X-rays done, during exam when the dentist is telling me how much work I "need" And I ask about the cleaning.... that I'm there specifically f... read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Services are EXTREMELY expensive compared to other offices. They wanted to charge my husband over $700 (with insurance) to fill a few cavities. They overcharge on everything and our insurance won't cover it leaving us stuck with ridiculous bills! When I was pregnant they tried to tell me that I HAD to have x-rays. Umm definitely not when you're pregnant!! Lately I have experienced disappointment after disappointment with this place. Try ANY OTHER dentist in the area!!!

This office is a freaking joke! Three members of my family including myself were patients here. We stopped going because they continuously screwed up our billing by overcharging our insurance and we've been stuck with the bill. well we would have been had I not called and fussed the office out.
