Very terrible customer service. I have gone to gentle dental since the start of 2016. The dentist and the hygienist were always very respectful and professional. My problems occur with scheduling and the front desk folks. During 2016 I had asked for an orthodontics consult for braces and I got the consult - the doctor said I would benefit from braces. This is a tag team dental establishment that suggests procedures that you don't really need. Don't waste your money on this place. Try to find a reputable dentist instead of these extremely young and inexperienced people.

Very disappointed with Gentle Dental. When coming back for a yearly exam, I was not told that I would be seeing a different dentist. I was not even told his name, and upon entering the exam room, he never spoke to me where I could see him, just to the back of my chair. He was too busy to explain anything or explain after care. I don't think he gave a damn about my teeth as he didn't do a filling as promised, he seemed too concerned about getting to his next procedure. I felt like apologizing for taking up his time. Overall bad experience. Two different people were yelling at the front desk lady as I was arriving. I should have taken that as a sign. I tried to be patient and just figured it was a bad day for them. I scheduled a few weeks before and was told one thing but they didn't do what they promised. I was scheduled to get X-rays and a filling because I knew I had at least one cavity. They were not to professional. I went to this dental office with a problem tooth. They said OK, but then worked on everything but that tooth running my dental coverage out for the ENTIRE year. Then, they told me I would have to pay completely out of pocket for remainder of work that actually needed to be done after unnecessary things were done first. This place was horrible ! I went there for 3+ years and they messed up so many times. The only reason why I didn't stop going was because my braces were already on and if I went somewhere else I would have to get new ones (is what I was told). But for some reason I had at least 4 different dentists there which was horrible because they all had different treatment plans. My experience was not pleasant. My family & I had been going to them for longer then a year when my front top tooth broke. The Dentist working on my tooth repaired my tooth using a post. This fix lasted less then 30 days & when I returned they told me I needed an implant. I asked why they didn't do an implant the first time an they didn't have an answer Plus the Dentist that did the work was no longer with them. This location had a lot of turn over with Dentists. Worst experience of my life. I have extremely high dental anxiety, which was verbalized, and after waiting over an hour in an over-packed waiting room, I was finally seen. Only to be shuffled into a back room with broken equipment and nothing but a blank white wall to stare at for the remainder of my appointment. Luckily, that didn't last long, as I walked out about 2 minutes into my cleaning. Sorry I will not be back!
