The new hygienist Bles is awesome! She Is so knowledgeable and thorough. I was blown away by her work. Her years of experience really showed through, and I felt comfortable in her hands. She made lots of recommendations and coached me on daily habits. She has a best personality, positive and I felt like she really cared. I’m definitely going back to her and I hope she stays.
I did a thorough search of local Dental offices before choosing Gentle Dental in Vista. After my seventh visit within three months, I can say I have been completely satisfied. Dr Rivera was kind, knowledgable and provided a very thorough assessment. She explained in detail, what treatment was needed and the rationale for it. Liz, the dental assistant was so professional, personable and efficient. The front office team was welcoming and went above and beyond to explain the cost for upcoming treatment and even provided a copy of my dental benefit plan. As a nurse, I fully appreciate the measures they employ to keep all of the equipment & supplies so clean and protect the patients by wearing PPE.
