I selected this particular office because of the close proximity to my workplace. What I found there was a gem! I have never experienced a more welcoming, professional and efficient dental office in all my years. The staff are courteous and warm, and Dr. Ofelia Rivera is the most professional dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Gentle Dental will be taking care of all my dental needs from this point on.
Dr Rivera and her staff have helped me so much with all the treatment I needed. Ceci and Olivia in the front were helpful and all the assistants made it comfortable. Thank you everyone at Gentle Dental!!
Very warm and welcoming environment. Olivia, I believe, (can’t remember her name sorry) but she was AMAZING! Made the process of checking in and out very hassle free! Went in for a routine cleaning and the entire staff was great, but Olivia stood out the most to me! So thank you Olivia!
We needed to find a new dentist who took our insurance. It was not easy as we have an HMO. Got a recommendation from someone who suggested Dr. Riviera practicing at Gentile Dental in Vista. We had a complete exam, both my husband and I had many issues with our teeth. It was shocking to see all that needed to be done. When I was young I had a bad experience with dentists and if it wasn't for Dr. Rivera I wouldn't be taken care of like I am. She is not only great as a Dr but her personality is great too! Whole staff is amazing! I highly recommend this office.
