Dr Rivera was kind, knowledgable and provided a very thorough assessment. She explained in detail, what treatment was needed and the rationale for it. Liz, the dental assistant was so professional, personable and efficient. The front office team was welcoming and went above and beyond to explain the cost for upcoming treatment and even provided a copy of my dental benefit plan. As a nurse, I fully appreciate the measures they employ to keep all of the equipment & supplies so clean and protect the patients by wearing PPE.
I have had horrible luck with dentists over the years, but I can happily say my luck has changed. I was a little nervous when I showed up, but my nerves were quickly eased after meeting everyone. Everyone here is super nice and professional. Scheduling an appointment was super easy and they were able to get me in really quick. I didn’t have to wait weeks to see someone. I can see myself coming here for years to come.
Dr Rivera and members of her staff gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had and I am 78 years old. They were very cordial and helpful.
Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Dr Rivera performed the crowns and fillings I needed quickly in only a couple visits, which I liked. My periodontal condition was getting worse and Christina helped reverse it and make much improvement. I moved to Menifee and now go to Gentle Dental in Murrieta.
I have been going to Gentle Dental Vista for several years after not seeing a dentist for 12+ years. At first the news was daunting I needed about $10,000 worth of dental work and it was upsetting. I also Have severe fear of the dentist. I need to take Xanax even for a cleaning. Everyone in this office from Olivia, who does the intake to Carmen who assists Dr. Rivera and all the other gals, are so friendly, so kind and empathetic and understanding, and they’re all really good at their jobs.
