My son who is on the spectrum had a hard time the first time around when I tried to take him and we ended up leaving fast forward I now have a daughter along with my son and because I haven’t really taken any of my kids to the dentist before this was my “first” time taking them to the dentist. This organization is shady and dishonest. My husband went in for a routine cleaning and they told him he needed a crown. He decided to cancel the procedure, something just didn't seem right. They refused to refund his credit card payment and said they would only issue a check. It took 3 weeks to get the refund. He went to a new dentist and they told him he did not need a crown. This place does nothing but try to sell you services you do not need. Stay away from them!!!
I had a horrible experience w/Gental Denatl years ago when we moved to Carlsbad. My wife and I came out of a routine cleaning in pain. We always joked they should rename to "Rough Dental" Needless to say when my company Insurance changed and stuck me with again, I was reluctant to say the least, but I went in for my annual cleaning.
