I did a thorough search of local Dental offices before choosing Gentle Dental in Vista. After my seventh visit within three months, I can say I have been completely satisfied. Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist, but I knew I needed some work done. I've been to other dentists in North County. I highly recommend this office. My experience from start to finish was unlike any dental appointment. The ladies at the front were super helpful, the dental assistants were kind and attentive, and Dr. Rivera was just as the name of her practice claims. I'm so happy I found them!
Being a senior, I have had a fair share of interactions with dentists and their staff. Without reservation, I can report that the attention I have received from Gentle Dental in Vista was exemplary. Dr. Rivera’s dental care was done with compassionate care and expertise. Her staff is a professional, tight-knit, caring and compassionate team. I am so grateful to have found Gentle Dental in Vista.
Dr Rivera was kind, knowledgable and provided a very thorough assessment. She explained in detail, what treatment was needed and the rationale for it. Liz, the dental assistant was so professional, personable and efficient. The front office team was welcoming and went above and beyond to explain the cost for upcoming treatment and even provided a copy of my dental benefit plan. As a nurse, I fully appreciate the measures they employ to keep all of the equipment & supplies so clean and protect the patients by wearing PPE.
As a first time patient and high energized 5 year old. From the front office staff, assistant and dentist, they were all great and extremely gentle. I would recommend this office to those looking for a referral. The office space itself was clean and free of clutter.
