Had a great experience at this location. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the dentist was very competent and nice. I look forward to the next visit (kinda :)

I was blessed enough to connect with Dr. Rivera at Coast Dental years ago, but she has since transitioned to GENTLE DENTAL - also in Vista. However, due to her skill and manner, many of her patients have since followed. She is the most caring and gentle dentist I have EVER encountered in my 50+ years as a patient. Dr Moshin surpassed my expectations. He is very gentle and thorough. Most importantly I was pain free. Carmen the hygienist is awesome. She is very careful and patient. And again she made sure I was pain free which I think is very kind. Maria did her job exceptionally well. She took the time to call insurance company and made sure that I don't have to pay money upfront. The name really speaks for itself Gentle Dental.

I went yesterday and Dr. Rivera was very rude I was trying to ask her questions and her assistant kept answering for her! She kept asking questions that were unprofessional and just very rude! I won't be coming back here again!
My husband went here for a deep cleaning and some fillings and he's having pretty bad complications. They didn't even give him after care instructions and he's in alot of pain. He may develop a phobia from this experience. I feel horrible since I referred him here originally. I have since switched dentists but he didn't know before making the appointment. If you have any anxiety about getting dental work whatsoever, please go somewhere else. I don't even write bad reviews but I have never felt so dismissed and uncomfortable. I did my initial visit here and had a great experience with x-rays, assessment, and was reassured.
