I had a great experience with Dr. Rivera, she was kind, caring and very professional. I had a tooth removed and a bone graft. She was very detailed when explaining the procedures and the problems that needed to be addressed at future appointments. The dental assistant Gemma made me feel very relaxed with her friendly personality and her excellent assisting skills. Dr. Rivera and Gemma make a great team! I got my deep cleaning and fillings done here they are professional and have knowledge to help answer any questions. Only downside about dental services are the costs (in general anywhere you go) so dental insurance is always nice.
Love this place! They are all so friendly and do a really great job at actually being gentle when working on my teeth (so the name gentle dental is actually appropriate lol.) I'm able to easily get appointments when needed and everything is always thoroughly explained to me. I went through a few dental offices that I didn't like before finding this one and I'm so happy I finally did!
Most of my experiences at a dental office are very unpleasant. The staff only work because they need a paycheck and are eager to take off running as soon as it's time to go home with no pride for their trade. I was expecting my experience at Gentle Dental to be Similar and unpleasant. I can honestly say my experience with this facility altered my opinion about the dental industry. Finally found a dentist that I can trust & be comfortable with. DrRivera & stuff are great, very knowledgeable, professional & gentle, like their name states. Office manager Yoven was very helpful with my insurance & finances. Overall great experience & I would definitely recommend them to my family & friend's
Wow. I can't believe the bad reviews this office has gotten. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences there. Well,as pleasant as dental treatment can be. I became a patient Just a few months ago needing some serious work done. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room,usually it has been closer to 5 minutes. I wrote a negaive review abou 4 months ago. Mainly problems with front office staff who are no longer there. Since then they've gotton a new front office mgr. who is extremely competent & very considerte on the phone. Dr. Rivera is very gentle & professsional. I like her very much & also her dental assistant Carmen. Now with the new front office Mgr. I will recommend Gentle Dental. Ask for Dr. Rivera... She's wonderful! I wrote the 1st & only bad review I've ever written on Yelp for Gentle Dental. I would like to make some amendments. I told Larisa to close out my account & I would pay for services rendered. They called me back & only charged me for a filling & said to come in and have the new crown put in place ( after a temporary crown was placed ) I have an appt. for this Thursday & am happy that we were able to resolve this issue.
