It saddens me to have to write a negative review but I feel that I should warn potential future customers of what they are getting themselves into... I came here twice (cleaning and fillings) within the past two weeks and seemed to get a really good vibe from the all the employees. But, last week I had to go in to get 7 (yes, I know....) cavities filled and needless to say, I was already EXTREMELY nervous. Wont let me put no stars. My husband went in on 4/11/2019 for a painful tooth. Took xrays and was told he needed a deep cleaning. Payed $178 out of pocket for half of mouth to be done. This did not help his tooth. Went for a second opinion three days later and xrays showed cavity. Got a crown and things were better. Called Gentle Dental to discuss the outcome. Called on 5/10, 5/17, 5/24 (was told I would get a call back within 24-48 hours). No phone call so called again on 5/31 and left my grievance with Cassandra. ... read more

After my x-rays were taken, I received a treatment plan and an estimate of my co-payment which was going to be $6,825.00. The next day my wife called to the Gentle Dental office and said that it was a mistake, we have a list of covered services and copayments provided to me by my insurance and we could see a big difference in prices.
