I had a broken tooth that could not be repaired and I had to have it extracted. Dr. Bruno and another local oral surgeon were recommended by my family dentist. I called for an appointment and had to leave a brief message, but someone called me back the next day, and I was able to get in within 10 days. I had a number of issues with my teeth including a cracked molar and 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be extracted. Dr Bruno and his staff took care of all these issues. The staff is very friendly led by Misty who makes sure your visit there is as comfortable as possible. Dr Bruno himself is great. He is extremely precise and his procedures are painless. I will actually miss visiting them and highly recommend them to anyone requiring any type of oral surgery.

My husband had a tooth pulled in January 2023. We are on Medicare Adv. and asked for the amount we would owe before the visit. They wouldn't tell us in advance and charged us $397.00 that day. Per Medicare we owed $182.41. Had a TERRIBLE time trying to get the $214.59 refund. They finally sent a check for $164.59. We will NEVER go back.

I took my sister here for a tooth extraction. We had to wait close to an hour. Her appointment was at 10 am. He drugged her up so much that she could not stay awake enough two hours later to get to her house. I had a terrible time, practically had to carry her in. She slept until 1:00 am. , was up for an hour then slept until 9:00 am. She was sent home with FIVE prescriptions. I know I will never go to him.

UPDATE 10/14/22: still waiting on my refund with no returned calls. My patience has been depleted. I guess the next step is legal action. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I can never get a return call & have left several messages. My surgery was in March, which I had to pay up front upon a pretreatment review with my insurance. It's the office's requirement. Here we are, 6 months later and the claim finally processed bc it was sent incorrectly twice, and now they owe me a decent refund. On the day of my surgery, ... read more

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bruno. His staff was excellent to work with in getting everything scheduled and her prepared for the surgery. Dr. Bruno did a wonderful job and was very caring. We have referred a few of her friends to this office already and will continue to refer others!

I recently visited Dr Bruno's office because I needed to get a cracked tooth pulled. They were able to get me in the same day and made the process quick and painless. Dr Bruno and the staff made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this office!
