The girl that took care of me wasn’t good with communication…..she needs to keep her customers informed of what is going on with the service….I was there from 10am to close to noon with the only communication I received was at the end when she told me it was ready , then she tried to charge me for service which was covered….not a happy customer
I would not recommend this dealership to get your car fixed. Find somewhere else, please.
We bought the extended warranty when we purchased our dodge Durango a few months back, and at 3100 miles it started jerking like it was out of gas or had lost power. We were able to get it home and then schedule an appointment to have it checked out. When we got to the dealership, we were told they had to make sure whatever was wrong was covered under the warranty before they could get us a rental car. Price listed was misleading. Add-ons were mandatorily included, including $3880 of renovation work on the car and $899 for a soil resistant spray. I could not come to an agreement on a price.

If you want to be lied to about the capabilities of a truck this is the place. Promised the truck would tow 10,500 lbs and come to find out it will only tow 5000 lbs. now they want to help.

Service writer didn’t seem focused on me or my questions He told me when I 1st arrived that I needed to replace my air filter This was without looking at it 1st He said that if I wanted to keep my complimentary oil change that I had to change I asked ti show me air filter before I changed it After my 4th request, and after vehicle was done and filter replaced he showed me the air filter( which was clean) He did not seem to care about my requests
