We bought 2 jeeps from this dealership. The salesman was great! He was so helpful and did not pressure us at all. That was the only good part about the experience. ( Mike the salesman was awesom! I wish he worked at another dealership :))As soon as we started negotiations, the sales manager Josh was your typical car dealership nightmare. Went to buy a new vehicle, and was treated like I was a idiot. They try to take a advantage of you so the sales guys can make bigger commesion. Would not recommend to my step brother.

The experience was good, but turned very bad once I had to bring it back for repairs within 5 days. The first "repair" was a PCM (computer update), of which I paid for, and I had to pay full price for the towing. I don't see how a computer upgrade is considered a repair. Anyway, 4 days later and I'm having taking it back yet once again for the same reason I took it in the first time. I understand that this is an "AS IS WARRANTY" but this kind of aggravation within 10 days even on a used vehicle is just VERY BAD on the dealer... read more

Went to the dealership to look and take deliver of a new Dodge truck that I had inquired about from there web page. When I get to the deallership was greeted by a real nice and understanding sales person(David Neal). That was the best part of the visit. Went and drove the truck was told all about it was showed all around the dealership and told how great everything thay have to offer a customer who buyes from them. This was the worst conceivable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with reasonably low miles that appeared to be in excellent condition on cars.com or AutoTrader.com (I don’t recall which) sometime in mid-October. Since I live in Greenville, a 3.5 hour drive from Salisbury, I called the dealership to make an inquiry. Yes, they told me, the vehicle was still on the lot. The employees I came in contact with were very friendly, including, but not limited to Sandy Scott and Curtis. I understand the common goal of wanting to sell a used vehicle. I am just not sure if it is deceit or incompetence on the part of the service department. The rear brakes were changed to stop a "noise' in the rear. It is still there. They didn't fix the original complaint. I haven't found out what that is about yet. There was a chattering noise that the salesman and myself agreed to hearing under the hood. Poor warranty work responsibility they skirt issues over and over as long as possible and they did not inform me of manufacturer recall information for my vehicle and I still do not have reasonable results after multiple visits

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a delership. They are shady and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They promised us a jeep and made us put a deposit down to hold it. When they found out we had a chrysler discount they said they didn't have to honor the discount and would not sell us the jeep. When chrysler tried calling them they wouldnt return any calls back. Chrysler has them now on the do not buy list.
