We have bought several vehicles here and received good service until this last time. I went to cosign for my son. Didn't realize until recently I was put as primary without my knowledge. The vehicle has had several issues with no help from Gerry Wood. They have been deceitful and even rude and lied on several occasions.

But worse about the experience is they always find other issues with your vehicle that needs immediate attention. Then I take it to my personal mechanic who finds nothing wrong. I had my 2011 Chrysler 300c in for service to stop a coolant leak, rotate the tires ( which I bought there), fix the front brakes and front fog light. The service coordinator, Joshua, was fine. However, the service technician that replaced a water pump and lower hose, drove the car over 6 miles, but failed to notice a really bad shimmy on the front wheels.
