"Never again" Over priced, go to WS for vehicles. Ok, today is 10/10/19. Went in to have my shift bushing recall done, was told it's the "remedy". I see no evidence or anything online to validate it's a "remedy". But what happened after they were done blew my mind. "Complete lack of service" Worst car buying experience of my life. The only reason they get a 1 is because 0 is not an option.. It has been almost 30 days since i purchased my vehicle and my paperwork still has not been delivered to my home state so that it can be registered. "Make sure you see a quote for parts and labor " Go to get a oil change and fuel filters for a 2017 Dodge Ram was told there was some recalls that needed to be taken care of. I was told about the details with the recalls but WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE COSTS OF THE OIL AND FUEL FILTERS. "Regular service" I was there on a Saturday and it only took a hour to have my oil changed, tires rotated,and a in cabin filter replaced. The last time I had this performed at another jeep dealership it took almost 2 hours for the work to be performed! Thanks for the timeliness!!!
Tried to lease a new Hellcat and after 2 days of wasting my time, they tell me the owner doesn't like to do leases. Pathetic.
Visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon with family members. Took a few minutes to even be greeted by the sales lady. She acted like she was doing us a favor. After expressing interest in a Cherokee, we were first taken into a booth to check figures to see what we would qualify for, this being rude! This dealer walks the thin line of bait and switch and/or false advertising. In addition the prospective buyer is assured anything to close the deal and after closing all is dismissed by " a misunderstanding". This dealership epitomizes the sleezey auto dealerships which makes many hate to attempt to buy a vehicle.
took over 8 hours to finish deal, was stuck there since my vehicle they took from me. had to talk to them several times to use a car to go purchase lunch for my wife and I. spoke to owners son (general manager) was rude and condisending. finally got first issue fixed and then have tried to get orange peel and misalighned body parts fixed with no help. had to contact dodge and invoke nc lemon law complaint. what a waste of a future car buyer, who usally purchases a car every 2-3 years.
I bought a new dodge avenger. Only 9 months of having the car, the alternator went out, left me on the side of the road. Transmission leaking. Third time I brought my car, the sales manager was a complete jerk. Here I am a single mother, bought a NEW car for a reason, to be reliable, not to have a xxx car with a new car PAYMENT!
