after 5 years with this app on my phone, they now tell me it doesn't work with my phone and my app was removed. Can someone explain ?

the app refuses to work
App doesn't work. I try to sign up, and when I try to put my date of birth, the app crashes. Every single time. I tried uninstalling and resetting my device. bad indication. rethinking my decision. I still have time to switch out of Gexa.
poor customer service and I switch it will be cheaper is not.
It will not allow biometrics to sign in even though I've enabled it a few times. My saved payment is never saved. Last month, I couldn't even enter a payment method. I had to call to pay over the phone.
can't use app
I have 2 saved payment cards and it won't let me make payments on the app. extremely unhelpful.
