when I first got the app it work great no issues easy and simple to use But all of a sudden glitching. now I don't know what's going on but it will not even open. what's going on gexa?

This app won't even open. I tap it and it closes right back. I can't pay my bill or check my account.

The mobile app was working great up until the last week or two, when they started updating stuff. I can't even get into it to check any part of my bill. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
