I can't open it I miss my date to pay my bills. now who is responsible for this
The app worked when I first started with Gexa, now it will not open. Definitely a pain and annoying that I can't view my usage or bill easily.
Gexa app keeps stopping, so it never opens up. Makes paying my bill more of a hassle. Fix your app!
I switched to Gexa 2 months ago in that time the app only works once after that it doesn't even boot up even after I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it I have to go through the web browser just to see anything what's the point of this app if it's not going to work
I can't log on. unsure of my account number due to me Being new and I have no access.
For 2 months now I have no access to the app. It flashes with the gexa name and back to the home screen. gives no pop up of why or anything, until today when it just says "app not working" "wait" "close app". No matter which I choose, it closes on its own.. Wth?? Absolutely worth NO STARS!!
it's been over a month and the app still doesn't work!! I have emailed the developer and no reply!! pathetic!
I utilize this App for autopay. Most of the time the app doesn't work, I get charged for a late fee, and then I have to pay over the phone using the same card. I would recommend not using this app for autopay features, they get an extra $30 from you.
App keeps shutting off .... it wont even get to the login before it closes.
