whats up with this app not working for weeks now? open it and it shuts off. checked for updates, uninstalled. reinstalled and it still won't stay open to access my account!!!!!
app has continued to crash for last 6 weeks on my android phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app with no success. Please call me as I am paperless and it makes it very difficult to pay my bill.

Horrible app. attempt to use the chat function, phone keyboard completely covers the entire text window. you can't see what you're typing, so you look like an idiot. when it comes time to exit the app, you can't just swipe it away. you have to go into settings to kill the app.
the app will not open at all, even when I uninstall and install it
