Been with them for almost a year and already renewed with them for 3 more years. Honest company to do business with. Competitive rates and plans. Better know what you need before talking to a representative because my first rep. was very pushy and provide wrong information. The second rep. was very patient and knowledgeable who helped me pick my renewal plan. Worthwhile to spend some time doing the review after the call so they know who was a good rep. and who wasn't.
Great help in changing my service to Gexa. I was unhappy with constellation and Gexa helped make the change process so easy.
