pure garbage. can't change payment method, can't pay, can display correct balance. what a waste of bits.
app doesn't open and is very slow
the app was working really well at the beginning. after 2 years, the gexa energy app is not working. I called for help but still couldn't open the app. I followed step-by-step from customer service. finally, he said sorry couldn't help . I am so disappointed it.

App stopped working. Fix the app. Gexa look at the reviews im not the only one. Your update was bad. Put the old version back at least it worked
used to work well but then it started failing to log in, and now it won't even open. cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled and nothing.
The app has suddenly stopped working...it crashes when trying to open.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail. Same failure to open. It was fine to use while it was working.
