app stopped allowing me to login to monitor my usage and pay my bill

App crashes every time I try and I put my birthday. website won't send verification code. apparently will not work with galaxy phone. going to have to cancel service before I even get it turned on lol

App is ok. No one speaks english, cant resolve issues. Change the due date every month by 3 days. Extremely duplicitous. Worst electric provider Ever, stay away. See all horrible reviews.
I will not be renewing for a 3rd year with this provider. They can't maintain their app or website, so I wasn't able to use my default payment and had to add my debit card and endure the processing fee because Gexa made it impossible for me to use my checking account like I had for the last 11 months. Dealing with the customer service is like pulling teeth, the agents are in loud call center environments or unsecured WFH offices. Won't callback at appropriate times.
