Very helpful and polite service and pretty efficient person on the phone
I strongly recommend that you try to talk to an agent at Gexa instead of ordering/renewing online because my experience with Zafar (a Gexa sales agent) was extraordinary. He was unusually patient and informative, and went to great lengths to find a plan that best matched my actual electricity use. I have used Gexa for a couple years and have been pleased with service so far. When there are issues, customer service is helpful at resolving them. I was able to set up a new contract easily, Zafar was extremely helpful and willing to answer my several questions.
Barbara was very helpful in renewing our plan. She was very informative and polite.
