Sam Fisher is very professional and very timely. He was very informative about the product and his assistant Megan was administratively savvy as well. They were both very cordial and worked in my best interest through the entire process. He is highly recommended. From a score from 0 to 10 with 0 being poor, I give them both 10s!!!
Julian was both knowledgable and personable. He was responsive in an accurate and timely matter. He was a great help to someone new to the home buying experience.
My closing was pretty much seamless. No surprises, no unexpected extras at closing. Start to finish once the process was started we closed in less than 3 months. Worth noting I did not have perfect credit and I did have a higher debt to income ratio which was not a problem. They were able to work with me and tell me upfront everything I needed to satisfy underwriting. Online documents uploads made it seamless.
Pam was very quick to respond to any questions that we stumbled upon while in search of our first home. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. She worked with us to secure a loan at a great rate. We would highly recommend Pam at GSF for anyone looking to purchase a home.
Working with Julian and the GSF Team was a pleasure. His knowledge of the entire refinance process was very helpful. Julian and I communicated daily through the application and closing of our loan. I was completely overwhelmed with this progress! I began with the same lending company I had used to buy a house 5 years prior. Due to issues with student loans, child support, etc, the other lender, who originally quoted me a pretty decent pre-approval, and sent me the letter, then changed his mind and cut that number in half.
