As a first-time home-buyer, it was good to have someone as encouraging and knowledgeable as Julian. He not only kept the process moving, but he also filled in any gaps in understanding that arose. I was referred to him by my trusted agent and treated like a friend than just a client. Closing on a house with Julian was a smooth experience.

Working with Jim was great. He calmed my nerves about the process, and made it very easy and straightforward. Whenever I got anxious about things going wrong, Jim assured me that he would take care of everything, which he did. He made sure that everything worked as it should, and as scheduled. Before I knew it, we had closed, and I was in my new home. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to finance a home.

I'm writing you today to extol accolades on your mortgage team of Jim Donovan and Becky Williamson, in Saint Louis MO. Thanks to Dave and his team, my wife and I home buying dream became a reality. Many company's walked away because our credit scores were not that great, some even gave us a list of homework to do and said give them a call once the list was completed. I worked with this lender and the hands on customer care is phenomenal. I had a little credit issue caused by co-signing for my Son, Sam worked with me to get it caught up and get me qualified for a mortgage. I recently closed and that was the smoothest compared to the horror stories I had been told by friends and family. If and when I purchase another property, I will go back to GSF for any needs.
