When I had concerns, I would phone her. If she was not available right then,she would return my calls promptly. She would answer my questions cheerfully and was straight forward. If further research was needed, she did that and got right back to me as promised. Pam is knowledgeable and fun to work with!
From the first phone call to the final communication, Julian was a true professional. He followed thru on all that he promised, was very organized, and despite the challenges we presented, was able to offer prompt and creative resolutions. I found Pam actually through Zillow. She had a high rating on the Zillow App and i can only 2nd that . She did not dissapoint . I left a message and within a few hours she called me back .
