The process was awesome! Sam was always calling or texting my husband and I with updates which made us more confident on the loan process. As a first time home buyer things can get confusing But Sam made sure I knew the entire process along the way and gave us options. Sam was very responsive and provided me with a pre-approval in just a few short days. Even though I am not ready to purchase just yet, i will definitely stay in touch and use Sam once I am ready to purchase.
Julian was great to work with, kept me informed during the entire process, and answered all my questions. And as a first time home buyer, i had a ton of questions!
Debbie was excellent! Whenever I had a question or two she was always available no matter what time it was. She worked over and beyond on my file. When it seem like I was never going to be a home owner, Debbie kept reassuring me that "WE" were going to get there. She let me know everyday where the file was. I'm happy that the process is over but a little sad that I no longer can bother her (lol). Thank you a million times Debbie for making my dreams of owning a home come true.
Coby had the best customer service I have ever experienced. From start to finish he went above and beyond to get my loan processed. The GSF processor was not great to work with and did not inform me of the additional items I needed in order to close on the loan. Coby quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely recommend Coby and GSF to people in the future!
Scott was honest and forthcoming during the entire mortgage process. We had some tough questions initially, and Scott provided honest feedback, guidance, and competitive comparisons. Throughout the process, Scott was very clear with what documentation and forms were needed and why. He even went the extra mile to qualify us for the lowest rates available and for showing us options of increasing the mortgage for a different house in the middle of the process. I would recommend Scott to anyone!
Brian did an excellent job of helping us clueless first time home buyers understand the mortgage process. He worked with us literally every step of the way and we feel comfortable now understanding our mortgage. We would definitely recommend him if you're looking to buy!
