we recently worked with Megan Patterson for our mortgage loan. She was recommended to me by a friend. From the beginning she has shown exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. She was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. We hit a few snags in the process but in the end we were able to get our dream home. Before working with Tim, I thought I would just stop and keep renting because of all the declines I was getting. I called Tim, explained my situation, what I was looking to buy and when I needed to purchase a new home. Tim said "here's what you need to do". Tim never said, because of your credit, we can't help you. Tim gave me a list of items I needed to pay off or clean up. My husband and I were looking for our 1st home, Monika and her husband Daniel (realtor)were super helpful and super nice. We ended up getting a short sale so Monika kept us informed on the super long process. Monika also help me so much with the paper work.
