I was completely overwhelmed with this progress! I began with the same lending company I had used to buy a house 5 years prior. Due to issues with student loans, child support, etc, the other lender, who originally quoted me a pretty decent pre-approval, and sent me the letter, then changed his mind and cut that number in half. Sam was very responsive and provided me with a pre-approval in just a few short days. Even though I am not ready to purchase just yet, i will definitely stay in touch and use Sam once I am ready to purchase.
