Before working with Tim, I thought I would just stop and keep renting because of all the declines I was getting. I called Tim, explained my situation, what I was looking to buy and when I needed to purchase a new home. Tim said "here's what you need to do". Tim never said, because of your credit, we can't help you. Tim gave me a list of items I needed to pay off or clean up.
