Nathan and his team were easy to work with and walked us through the whole process, giving us sound advice and answering all our questions along the way.
He explained in detail, about the loan process.He also help us to find a house where we want. He help us for prequalified, process the loan, explain in detail about the mortgage, closing cost and down payment.
I had what I (and other lenders) believed was an "impossible" loan. But not Tim. Tim was keenly aware of all of the labyrinthine regulations and actually had his group manually underwrite my loan, which is becoming more and more rare. He was patient with me and guided me through every step of the process. Tim was always honest and transparent and took time to find solutions for every problem, leading to a successful closing. I can't recommend him enough.
Tim had so much patience for my wife and me, both of whom can be very demanding. He was relentless in following up on anything that was needed, responded immediately and courteously at all times to any question, no matter how trivial, and executed everything flawlessly and on time, all while gently guiding us through our first home buying experience. Pam Gustafson was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure we got into our home on the day we wanted to get it. She worked late nights the last few days to get everything together to make sure it happened. Highly recommend
Pam and her team always kept me up to date on what was going on and what needed to be done. Everything went smoothly because of them. Also closed on the house on the date we agreed apond in the beginning. It was a very quick and easy closing process with Pam and her team. They were very helpful and always answered texts,calls or emails right away.
