Jennifer is very helpful with all our questions, she was always there if we needed any guidance. When we had questions, she did not make us feel like we didn't know anything

First, let me start off by saying that my loan was not easy to procure. Without going into too much detail, there were a few small and large complications that made matters frustrating and time consuming for me, a first time home buyer.
