I called about a test drive and the lady told me the car wouldn't be available for a few days. She had no idea why or possibly when it would be available. Poor customer service, why advertise a vehicle that is not available

The advertised prices for cars are not their real prices. Beware of all extra fees and add on to the price. On car we looked at it was almost extra 20%. We opted not to buy car true them but rather look at more honest, all fees included and disclosed company

First I waited over an hour to see the person I had an appointment with.The car I went to see although we spoke on the phone and confirms what I was gonna go see when I arrived according to them it was sold. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive car, then magically the exact same car I went to see magically appeared. I read that there was no haggling for the car and that the price you see is what you get, that's a lie, I went to see a car that was 11,450 and when they did the numbers some how the car was now 16900. They only contacted me by automated email and no phone calls to me as their email stated. I had asked them only for two pictures, one of the trunk compartment in one of the engine compartment and needless to say I did not purchase a car from them.

All lug nuts were bad and Toyota replaced them all! Hgreg need to pay attention to the details especially when customers have kids!
