Was giving me a very low amount for my trade in. When to another dealership and gave me twice the amount offered at this dealership. Got a new car at the other dealership.

All kind of anomalies Fraud and cheating with all costumer. Car with a lot damaged and they never answer about. The car we bought it was in accident with out reported in carfax we make complaint. And they ignore with out solutions.

Glad I got rid of that Pilot should of been a total loss with 27,000 in damages and to top it off body shop didnt do a good job repairing it

The dealer have a policy not to friendly on the vehicle price and pricing your trade car. They didn't want to work on the trade. I ended up on a different dealer and i purchase the vehicle there.

Terrible experience. They just wanna take advantage of you, and I if you dont get the car they give you attitude and tell you, you wasted their time! They told me in my face i wasted their time just because I said not to the deal because it was out of my budget!

I was unable to get a straight answer. There was a vehicle listed; 2017 jeep Cherokee Sport for $17.498.00 (40,256.00 miles). The location is in Doral, Fl. I did not make an appointment because my free time varies. I did manage to get the Vin # so I could get a preapproved loan (I ran my credit with Navy federal) and approved me. The vehicle was sold without prior inspection. The vehicle had a burnt out brake light and the air conditioning compressor was also damaged. It was a process of time and effort to repair the damage. I do not recommend buying cars at HGREG, Mechanics tools are useless to repair cars. I was sent too far to repair the damage to the air conditioning compressor

I was contacted by the Dealership via text. We exchanged few texts and after my question of cost of transport I was provided with phone number to inquire. I did and it was a joke. After providing zip code I was told cost will be between $600-$900. When I was insisting on exact amount he was keep saying: "This is 3rd party. We don't know. It will depends how soon I want the car". Thant's not what potential buyer expect to find out total cost of the vehicle, considering transport from FL to TN.
