I was over 175 miles from this dealership. I contacted a local mechanic in their area to check out the truck. They wouldn't let the mechanic come take the truck to his shop and would not take it themselves to his shop to be checked out. Makes you wonder what they were trying to hide, of course they'll tell you it due to liability as to why they can't let someone else check out the vehicle.

They make you feel , buying a vehicle from them is kind of doing you favor. Communication is very bad with them.

I initially contracted this dealer about one Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I was advised that it was not available because they had discovered an issue with it that needed to be addressed before they could sell it, I was optimistic at the dealers honesty and concern for selling a subpar vehicle. Through calls and emails it's one of the worst experiences ever. And when you leave a review everyone gets the same message that tells you to contact the same person who will never respond back. Don't waste your time here unless you're just a walk in.
