Get directionsThey were over $4k in dealer fees. I asked for the bottom line price but they give it to me until they asked for personal information. This was unethical and deceptive pricing. I have negotiated and talked to many other dealers. HGreg is the worst to deal with. I do not recommend them.
The whole process seemed inefficient and very impersonal through on-line text. I still am unsure if I was ever talking to a real person or the filter before you make contact with an actual sales associate. Although there was an attempt to set up an appointment, the car was apparently brought in for service on the day I was going to drive an hour to go see it. I didn't hear back from anyone by text on the car's status for 2 days and that was only when I asked for an update. We decided it was best to look elsewhere.

Misleading, the advertised price by HGreg Doral is much higher. I contacted them about a C450 Mercedes which had a very good list price. I soon discovered very high fees that significantly increased the final purchase price. These fees are not conspicuously viewable. These fees are fine print or tucked into a drop down on 3rd party sites. -Pre-delivery: $1,299.00 -Electronic filing: $699.00 -Elite Protection: $1,495.00. Adding up the fees it's $3,499. They have a ton of cars with Bad Carfaxes that have been hit sometimes multiple times priced as if they are clean. What this does is devalue the cars value so when u go to sell you'll be offered thousands and thousands less. They know it and that's how they take advantage of people who don't know any better. Many of cars are missing Key fobs which also effects the value. Every car i looked it is WAY OVERPRICED. They depend on people who don't know any better and are looking to take advantage. The day of my appointment I received a phone call, email, and text message confirming my appointment. When I arrived there I was told the vehicle wasn't there and it's in service. I drove over 3 hours to get there. I was told by the guy assisting me that I should have called their location directly to confirm the vehicle was there and that the person that confirmed my appointment doesn't work at that location and they get paid just for me showing. They were actually about the poor quality of this particular car. I appreciated that before we drove 2 hours to see it. Car looked good on the add but they told me it was far from perfect and had been repainted. Very nice of them to be so honest with us.
Terrible. 1 initial phone call, 5 emails and 3 messages left with sales team and a week go by and no one calls back or engages on my purchase and virtual walk around request. On the 7th day I am informed the car sold that day after sending another email asking for a sales engagement.
