Wish I could give a -0- rating. Crooks did not disclose damages to vehicle had me sign a consent to damages but did not disclose any using that I had verified with Mercedes Benz. Charged me $400 for a tag when it was only $299. Filed a complaint with Florida and CFPB **** buyers be aware*****
I was contacted regarding the car by who I thought was a sales rep. I arrived on the day that I said, which was my day off. I do not like to waste time, my time is precious to me, and honestly almost didn't go in. But, I made the appointment and want to follow through with what I say I am going to do. Van did not have the jack that was supposed to be with the vehicle and it didnt have the owner manual...I contacted the salesman Eddy Calero and he said he would look into it...I will keep you updated..I believe he will remedy the situation
I wouldn't recommend not even to my enemy. They don't know how to treat people. After two days of waiting for a deal to go through. I would give -5 stars

Was at hgreg in Doral for at least 4 hours. They offered little to nothing for my trade in. Went to nissan the next and got top pay for my trade in and a better vehicle. The salesperson along with everybody else in Doral was the worst. Never will I recommend anyone to go there.
