I was told that a car showing online was still available so I made an appointment to come and see it only to be told upon arrival that the car was 'in service'. .I asked if it had been sold, they said No, it's 'in service". Then they proceeded to try and sell me a lame version of the car that I came to see originally. I believe that it's a fishing scam. They put nice 'pictures' online but don't have the actual cars. Upon reading the reviews I see others have experienced this same issue..

Poor communication even after I made an appointment for a specific car I wanted to buy cash for my daughter and confirmed ETA and time.
I was trying to export a car to the Caribbean that I was interested in, and they refused to drop their filing fees and protection plan fees. They're telling people that it is required which was upsetting after finally picking a vehicle.
They were over $4k in dealer fees. I asked for the bottom line price but they give it to me until they asked for personal information. This was unethical and deceptive pricing. I have negotiated and talked to many other dealers. HGreg is the worst to deal with. I do not recommend them.
The whole process seemed inefficient and very impersonal through on-line text. I still am unsure if I was ever talking to a real person or the filter before you make contact with an actual sales associate. Although there was an attempt to set up an appointment, the car was apparently brought in for service on the day I was going to drive an hour to go see it. I didn't hear back from anyone by text on the car's status for 2 days and that was only when I asked for an update. We decided it was best to look elsewhere.
