The very abrupt sales lady curtly informed me that if I was an out of state buyer, the sales fees would be over $2,000 - a 20% markup on a $10,000 car. No explanation, no alternative. Unbelievable! I will NEVER shop for a car at this dealership again!!

Horrible Customer Service! I was told that a car showing online was still available so I made an appointment to come and see it only to be told upon arrival that the car was 'in service'. .I asked if it had been sold, they said No, it's 'in service". Then they proceeded to try and sell me a lame version of the car that I came to see originally. I believe that it's a fishing scam. They put nice 'pictures' online but don't have the actual cars. Upon reading the reviews I see others have experienced this same issue..

I was trying to export a car to the Caribbean that I was interested in, and they refused to drop their filing fees and protection plan fees. They're telling people that it is required which was upsetting after finally picking a vehicle.
