Good morning snore solution is working for me. I found it took me a few times to get the position of the tongue correct. Now I squeeze the bulb with both hands and suck the air out between my teeth then let go of the bulb and gently wiggle my tongue and the hard grasp looses and sucks my tongue to the end of the bulb. It’s solidly in place now. I’ve never had it fall out I have other airway issues so I’m still snoring but on my snore monitor I’ve gone to sleeping quietly 50% of the time. This little thing is the only device that works for me and I have been trying all types of MADs, TSDs for over 10 yrs. None of them work as well as GMSS and I have proof because I used SnoreLab to measure my results. I was using another device about 2 wks ago and my score was 25, about avg. I was very skeptical about this mouthpiece working. The first few nights it took some getting used too but after that, it was great! My husband says I haven't snored once since using it. My neighbor recommended it to me. She also has one and says it stopped her snoring. So glad I tried this!

I was really hoping the device would be my solution. I read another user with bruxism clenching issues found this more helpful than any other night guard device even though this is mainly for snoring issues. I have minor snoring issues and minimal apnea yet moderate plus bruxism. So, this device did not help me nor was I able to keep it in place despite the tips. It's been a few years since I first purchased the Good Morning Snore Solution, and it has been a very good investment. It knocks out my snoring, and my wife sleeps much better these days. What came as a surprise was how it trained me to breath through my nose properly. It's not normal or even healthy to breath through your mouth, so there was that.
