Anti-snore plastic, molded mouthpieces. Cumbersome. Uncomfortable. Didn’t work. Silicone mouthpiece to block your mouth from opening was a nightmare. Mouth tape. Nope. I have tried virtually everything for a good night’s sleep. Sound familiar? I’ve been using the Good Morning Snore Solution for years and think it’s the best of the products out there. I struggled with products that affected my bite and after a short period of adjustment to having my tongue sit within the device I quickly became very accustomed to it. Interestingly, when I travel alone (no wife next to me complaining if I snore) I still use the product as I find I just sleep more comfortably. It’s most certainly with a try but I do suggest you give yourself a week or so to get used to it.

I was hopeful this would work for me. I have a small mouth and the tongue retainer was quite comfortable. Sadly though it didn't work for me. I knew Amazon did not offer returns on this product so I called the company and customer service was wonderfully responsive and refunded my money immediately. That is why I'm giving them 5 stars. Also I will recommend their product to others - it is a great idea.

Good morning snore solution is working for me. I found it took me a few times to get the position of the tongue correct. Now I squeeze the bulb with both hands and suck the air out between my teeth then let go of the bulb and gently wiggle my tongue and the hard grasp looses and sucks my tongue to the end of the bulb. It’s solidly in place now. I’ve never had it fall out I have other airway issues so I’m still snoring but on my snore monitor I’ve gone to sleeping quietly 50% of the time. This little thing is the only device that works for me and I have been trying all types of MADs, TSDs for over 10 yrs. None of them work as well as GMSS and I have proof because I used SnoreLab to measure my results. I was using another device about 2 wks ago and my score was 25, about avg. No more sleep studies, bite guards, unable to travel with friends, family complaints and definitely no yucky cpap! Also first time sleeping through the night since can remember.
