It took a while to tolerate the device. My tongue kept slipping out of the suction cup. By placing only the upper flange behind the upper teeth, all is well now without any snoring. .

I've used the Good Morning Snoring Solution for 10 years, and enthusiastically recommend it to friends who snore (but don't have sleep apnea) and are plagued with dry mouth upon waking. Sometimes mine falls out during the night, but each morning I awake with the device in place is indeed a Good Morning. KH, Virginia.
I have mild sleep apnea and I've been using good morning snore solution for about 5 or 6 years. Happy I found this alternative. I sleep better and hubby says I have no issues with gasping for air while I sleep.
Great design. Well made. Been using these for several years. Plan on continue using.

My experience with the Good Morning Snore Solution has been a good one. At first, yes, a bit uncomfortable, much like a new pair of shoes your trying to get used to:). But then after a few days, I started waking up with more energy and my partner reported that he was not being jolted awake by my snoring. Overall, a win, win.
So, I tried a typical mouthpiece (WAY too big...didn't work and aggravated my TMJ issues). I bought this at the same time. It's now been 1 year and 3 months later. The first night using it I woke up early and fully rested. I'm typically one that is really sluggish in the morning. This device proved I was oxygen deprived. It took me a few months of use before I ended up reseted enough that the mouthpiece stayed in the entire night. What you will find is...1 - you'll sometimes spit it out and find it wherever...that's ok.... read more

Before finding the Good Morning Snore Solution, I spent a lot of money trying just about every solution seen on the internet and nothing worked. (They are all in the garbage now.) The mandibular advancement devices either didn't mold correctly or they would fall out during the night. Another solution, the strip of tape that goes across your lips, kept my mouth closed but didn't secure my tongue so I snored.
