I've used the GMSS for several years (you have my purchase records), and I (and my wife) are absolutely thrilled with how well it works. The first night I used it, my wife thought I was dead; the lack of snoring scared her. I have three GMSS; one for home, one I keep at our lake cottage, and one I keep always in my travel kit. Love it! I have been using my good morning snore solution for only five days and WOW what a difference. I notice so many benefits already. Last night I slept through the entire night only waking up momentarily to turn over. The snore solution stayed in place and I think I am already getting used to it. I do notice in the morning that I am less congested, cough less and feel more alert. I imagine these are all benefits from not snoring through my throat all night. Thanks snore solution!

The manner of purchase was fine but product does not seem to work for me. The well that holds the tongue is far too small and shallow. I have tried everything to keep the snore device in but it falls out of my mouth over and over again.

Hi, thank you for your review and I'm sorry you're having this issue. Everyone's tongue is just a bit different and can suction a bit differently with the mouthpiece. What you may want to try is a small dab of Olive Oil inside the bulb of the mouthpiece to help increase the suction as the thick viscosity of the Olive Oil should help to provide a better seal between tongue and mouthpiece. It works! It was a struggle for a few weeks but it works the very first night you wear it. It's hard to get used to your teeth biting your tongue all night. Also, I drool out the side of it. But seriously it works! 100% satisfied! My husband has not woke me up one time in over a year now to tell me I snore unless I'm not wearing it.
Some getting used to! Works great! Had to trim one edge that was digging into my gums.
Very effective! Especially great for travelling with others.
