Some getting used to! Works great! Had to trim one edge that was digging into my gums.
Very effective! Especially great for travelling with others.

This is the best solution to snoring. So much better than mouth guards. It is easy to use, easy to clean and IT WORKS!! If you snore - or your loved one snores - BUY THIS!!

I use my device every night. Helps my marriage. Helps my jaw.
As a 24-year-old female, I was embarrassed about my snoring and it kept my boyfriend up at night. I bought the young adult size and it fit perfectly. Took me about a night or two to get used to it but was fine after. It's pricey but worth it for us to both get a good sleep!
