Best decision I ever made. I was having afib attacks on a regular basis. I did the sleep apnea test & was an 8. I decided it wasn't high enough to get the machine. I've used this product for nearly 9 years and I come back to buy new ones (due to wear and tear). I can't say it works 100% as I've had friends tell me they occasionally hear me snore. What matters most is that I sleep well with it. It also prevents me from grinding my teeth! Initially it will take some time to get used to but hopefully it'll be worth it for new users!
This device helped me while I waited for an in-lab sleep study and CPAP therapy.
I've tried MANY things, including a bulky CPAP., yuck! Your device has finally solved my snoring problem! It also keeps me from clenching my teeth which had previously caused me to crack 2 molars. This is the third anti snore device I’ve tried and I must say it is the most comfortable. It’s not 100% effective but that’s within acceptable.
I have used Good Morning Snore for a year now. It really works! My wife is now very rarely loses sleep caused by a snoring husband. This is particularly important on our vacation trips in our camper van. It's not exactly spacious and the bed is quite a bit narrower than at home. Before I started using what we jokingly call my anti-snore pacifier, our trips were a mixed blessing. My wife often got too little sleep. It's not a problem anymore.

I placed my order to replace a previous “Good Morning Snore Solution” device. I was very disappointed that the new device is not the same as the previous one. The new device is made of a different material that is harder and not nearly as supple. If actually chafes the inside of my mouth. (The new one is also a different color: clear versus pale blue.
