This REALLY worked for me. It took me 6 weeks to adjust to it. My gums and tongue were sore at first. I drooled.....a lot. But in the end it was so worth it! If you have ever worn braces you will remember the adjustment period. With this device, you have two things to adapt to. First the physical appliance in your mouth. The price did make me think before this purchase but now my partner would happily pay as this really does work, I think you have to be aware what is making you snore, if it is your tongue falling back into your throat then this will help. It is easy to clean and comfortable to use, you get used to it pretty quickly. It would be good if this came with a container to store, the price could surely cover this. My dog took a liking to it and gave it a chew, I'm now using a repaired one which isn't ideal.

Simple, effective and clever design, attacking the two main culprits of snoring - mouth-breathing and tongue falling into throat. Have been using it for about 20 months and it has greatly improved my sleep quality and the relationships with all those who had the misfortune of sleeping within earshot of me.
