A recent sleep study demonstrated a reduced AHI (Moderate to Severe reduced to Normal (AHI of 1.8)) utilising GMSS in conjunction with a positioning device ( Remartee). This makes the GMSS a viable alternative to other OSA therapies in my case.
Works for me! After reading a number of negative reviews, all I can say is that it works for me... or so my wife tells me, and she's the one who should know. It's not perfect, 'cause I still seem to spit it out some nights, but overall, it's relatively comfortable and certainly effective. funny how easy you can get used to sleeping with your tongue sticking out!
