Noticed longer times of deep sleep based on fitness tracker. That's a good sign. Less waking at night too. However, at some point during the night/early morning hours, the piece falls out. Doesn't come out if placed behind front teeth, but that feels a little uncomfortable.

I was a Good Morning Snore Solution user when the mouthpiece was clear and there was no case. The look of the blue color and and the inclusion of a case are a great improvement

I have tried numerous devices but none worked.This one works well is very comfortable to wear and is very effective in stopping snoring.I can definitely recommend snore solution.I have 5 friends using them and all are getting good results.

This simple product does help with the reduction of snoring...the main problem I have is that it falls out of my mouth once in a while...
