I'm really sorry not having a good experience getting used to the device. We find that for many people it takes time to get used to, so practice makes perfect. I've tried a few and this is more comfortable, easy to wear(use) and above all, gets the approval of the person my snoring effects the most, my girlfriend. We both sleep better because of gmss

I rarely snore with this device. The only issue I had in the beginning was sore gums at the ridges. I trimmed the edges with a manicuring scissor and it fixed all the discomfort. The only suggestion I have is that I'd like the device made with softer material like that from a baby pacifier. Otherwise I love this device and recommend it highly to family and friends.
