I rarely snore with this device. The only issue I had in the beginning was sore gums at the ridges. I trimmed the edges with a manicuring scissor and it fixed all the discomfort. The only suggestion I have is that I'd like the device made with softer material like that from a baby pacifier. Otherwise I love this device and recommend it highly to family and friends.

It irritates my gums a little. Also causes some drooling. Other than that my wife likes it.
