This is the first product i have ever tried. I found it to be easy to use and care for. Being on a cruise ship sleeping in close quarters is what prompted me to try it. My cabin mate inidcated that it helped condiserably. Thanks!

I am 62 years old, female. I have been snoring since I was 19 years old. It has been the curse of my life!! I can keep it in my mouth until around 3 am, then my mouth is so dry I end up taking it out. I had no problem from the get go. It's nice and soft and I tried it during the day a couple times before using it at night. My husband says he can't hear me snore for half the night anyway.

After using for a little over a week, I find that it doesn't always stay in your mouth. Also, the suction or retention of holding the tongue does not seem strong enough to always keep the tongue forward. When it does, the Good Morning Snore Solution seems to work well. When it keeps the tongue forward, I would give it 4.5 stars but for the other times I would say about 3.5 stars, sorry. I will keep trying to make it work better and I would appreciate any suggestions you might have to make it function better, thanks. Mark
