I can keep it in my mouth until around 3 am, then my mouth is so dry I end up taking it out. I had no problem from the get go. It's nice and soft and I tried it during the day a couple times before using it at night. My husband says he can't hear me snore for half the night anyway.

After using for a little over a week, I find that it doesn't always stay in your mouth. Also, the suction or retention of holding the tongue does not seem strong enough to always keep the tongue forward. When it does, the Good Morning Snore Solution seems to work well. When it keeps the tongue forward, I would give it 4.5 stars but for the other times I would say about 3.5 stars, sorry. I will keep trying to make it work better and I would appreciate any suggestions you might have to make it function better, thanks. Mark

I purchased the GMS Solution sceptically. Previous attempts at snoring solutions had been a bust. However, I am really happy to say that after using the Solution for approx. three weeks it is working as promised. My wife is happy and that is the best recognition. I am still going through the adjustment period, but it is so much easier than other products. I recommend the GMSS, but I do believe the price is quite exorbitant, regardless of the results. This is my only complaint. Michael Rouch
