This product definitely works- the suction cup that pulls your tongue forward is effective. I had to trim the flange that sits between my teeth and lips to improve comfort (quite easy to do). Occasionally through the night I will find that my tongue has slipped out of the suction cup and I have to re-initiate the suction- no big deal. I'm continuing to get more comfortable sleeping with it but for the first week or so I didn't snore because I was awake! Now I'm sleeping more easily with it in my mouth.
I have some bone structures below my lower teeth protruding from my gums. One "bump" is quite prominent. The rubber device tends to hit that bump just right causing me discomfort. I have considered notching out the one edge to surround this bump, but may completely degrade the affect of the device for the pulling my tongue into the pouch. I bought it for my husband (who is a nose-snorer). It certainly ceased the snoring, though he has complained of tongue pain & that he feels like he is 'drowning in saliva'! If I can get him to persist with it, it is the best OTS mouthguard he has tried.

I ordered the Good Morning Snore Solution after reading about LOTS of stop snoring products. We were going on a cruise and if my husband snored, I would have nowhere to go. He tried it a few days before we left and no snoring!! Well, I take that back....there was one night when he snored very softly. But it was so much better than his normal buzz saw sound. I was so skeptical. Tried many products, that did nothing. Chin straps, mouthpieces, sprays, you name it. I am a throat snorer. Absolutely holds tongue forward keeping airway open. Important to keep nasal passages open when using this device. Will not help central apnea, only obstructive apnea.
