First mouth piece I have ever tried so nothing to compare to. It is effective in eliminating snoring according to my wife. Takes a little getting used to, 3-4 weeks before I could sleep with it all night.
Works intermittently as tongue does come out of appliance once or twice a night.
It has been about 2weeks since I started sleeping with the device. It took about 4 or 5 nights to get used to it. Initially I got an irritated spot on my lower gum from the device but I did not want to cut of adjust the size of the appliance in case I damaged it. I persisted through these initial difficulties and I can say that the device has made a drastic improvement in my snoring. I am also sleeping well with it in my mouth and it is quite comfortable now.
