I would have given Gotham Veterinary Center 5 stars for how great Dr. Kahn was with my 5-month-old puppy. Unfortunately, the female receptionist at the front desk was a nightmare. For this reason, I had to lower the rating to 3 stars. If I am going to spend over $200 for medications, I expect that when I call with a question about said medications, the receptionist will not say, "DUDE! Read. The. Instructions. On. The. Label!" Dr. Kimberly Kahn of Gotham Veterinary Center in NYC almost killed my dog. Dr. Kahn igonored my calls of distress as my dog declined. She never put two and two together that she had overdosed my dog. I had to look up internet info and relay it to Dr. Kahn before she even paid attention to my dog's decline, and even then, was 100% wrong in her diagnosis as to what course to then take.
