Verified Renter Nice neighborhood, good location, and unit's seem to be in decent condition. Be aware of inconsistent maintenance services. And be mindful of the worst thing for my mental health in 2 years, the laundromats which will waste more of your time and money than you could possibly prepare for.

Noise ,and nothing works. Poor management. This place is absolutely garbage. The dishwashers don't work. The laundry machines don't work.they promised a gym it doesn't exist and our lease is about up. The pool may as well be open to the public, it has no lock and the public use it. The noise from neighbors is atrocious we barely sleep.they have you pay for "resort style living" but reality is you will hand wash everything and take your clothes to a laundry facility other than what's provided.

Awful Do not live here. I have had my car broken into twice and was bitten by a dog on their premises trying to take my trash out. To make matters worse they increase rent by hundreds but have made no efforts to improve safety. They will however interrupt you with unnecessary "upgrades" so that they are constantly bothering you but the work will be done so poorly nothing will work after they're done. It is honestly extremely overpriced and unsafe.

Verified Renter The apartment did not appear to be move in ready, there was old food in the cupboards, broken door in the second bedroom, I had about 4 mice in my apartment. The mice could also be heard running through the walls of the apartment. I had been getting sick constantly since moving in, asked the complex to change the air filter. The air filter was pitch black. Throughou inspection of the apartments prior to new residents move in would be awesome.

Total dump!!! At first, it seemed like a nice apartment and nice staff BUT after living there for a year, I realized the place was absolutely DISGUSTING. Just cheap and poorly put together. They have a huge spider/bug problem! When we came to the rent office with pictures, the landlords told me “they don’t control environmental problems.” Never sprayed or done anything. Don’t do it! I paid $2300 to get out of this place. It was literally that bad! You can find a dumpster that is more comfortable. The walls are so thin you can smell what your neighbors are cooking. It is way overpriced what you get. The office lost my check and admitted to losing it, but still wanted to charge me a late fee. There are bugs everyone in the apartments...I can go on and on...I don’t recommend this place at all!!!!!
