Governours Square Apartments by Bell Partners Great location. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Maintenance and office staff are very nice . There is a Gym 4 pools and laundry facilities throughout the complex. Basketball courts . Pets allowed ( fee). I know the management puts together random events throughout the year for the tenants. One morning as I was leaving for work ,the staff was handing out breakfast to go on the road out of the complex . Just really nice people and it's safe.

Great Value Generally have no problems. I rented a 2 bedroom apartment for a year previously and moved into a townhome in the same complex. Very pet friendly. All apartments have a porch/balcony (depending on first floor or second). The townhomes have a fenced in porch. I was able to get a townhome with a washer and dryer included (there are laundry facilities throughout the complex otherwise). Governours Square It's OK they don't fix many things if you have a basic model and the apartments were built in the sixties, so no washer dryer hookups. And the washers don't work all the time. But the area is safe so there's that.

Governous Square, great area and community, especially for students and full time professionals who likes food If you are looking for a rent in columbus,OH and you are searching for a great apartment complex and don't know where to pick. This place is it, bus is just right on the front road of Governours Square. The surroundings are restaurants, especially lots of Asian restaurants and dining. Good We live at the conner of basketball playground Walnut type. We got nice view when looking from balcony. Apartment condition is also good. Air condition is a liittle noisy and Sound proofing is not so good. GS is close to supermarket and restaurant.

Worst place ever This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. My patio floods every single time it rains and it becomes unusable for at least a week. There's a man who lives near me that follows me around and has come up and harassed me multiple times. All kinds of the worst bugs get in constantly (probably because of the flooding), Everything breaks like both of the locks on my door and the heat which was out for days at a time. Verified Renter If I met someone who was considering moving here, I would grab their face like that scene in the movie Billy Madison and beg them to look elsewhere. If they were insistent on still moving here, I would strongly encourage them to avoid a ground floor unit at all costs. I would also encourage them to get in house laundry, because of how dirty and unreliable the laundry units here are.
